Maintenance Guidelines for Hydraulic Fatigue Testing Machine
Regularly replace the hydraulic oil and strengthen the management of the hydraulic oil.
During long-term operation, the hydraulic oil will oxidize and caramelize, and the wear of components such as pumps, valves, and cylinders in the hydraulic system will produce some metal shavings, which will deteriorate the quality of the hydraulic oil and cause malfunctions.
Based on the usage cycle of hydraulic oil and the test results of the oil in recent years, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 10 months to ensure that the equipment does not experience unplanned downtime.
Regularly replace the servo valve
Some of the direct causes of faults are that the torque motor is contaminated, resulting in poor operation of the servo valve. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean and replace the torque motor and the pilot valve to prevent contamination and eliminate the occurrence of faults.
The assembly and disassembly of the servo valve should be carried out in an as clean environment as possible. During operation, the electrical signal connected to the servo valve should be removed first, then the pressure of the hydraulic system should be released, and then the servo valve should be disassembled. All parts should be cleaned in clean and compatible commercial solvents. The parts can be dried or blown dry with soft air tubes using clean and dry air. The cleaned servo valve can be used as a spare part for rotation to reduce costs.
Regularly replace the sealing rings
Regularly inspect the main unit and the oil source area for any oil leakage. If any leakage is found, the sealing rings or combined gaskets should be replaced promptly.
Regularly replace the filter element
Overview of hydraulic filter elements: Hydraulic filter elements are used in hydraulic systems to remove particles and rubber impurities from the system, ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. Based on the usage conditions of the machine and the usage period of the oil, replace the oil suction filter and filter element regularly.

伺服阀的装拆应在尽可能干净的环境中进行,操作时应先去掉接到伺服阀上的电气信号,再卸掉液压系统的压力,然后拆下伺服阀。在干净、相容的商用溶剂中清洗所有的零件,零件可以晾干或用软气管以洁净、干燥的空气吹干。清洗后的伺服阀,可以作为备件轮流使用,降低费用。
定期更换密封圈
定期检查主机和油源处是否有漏油的地方,如发现有漏油,应及时更换密封圈或组合垫
定期更换滤芯
