‌1. Pre-Test Checks‌

• Verify the position of the limit knobs before testing to ensure they meet the stroke requirements and prevent upper/lower fixture collisions.

• Limit switches mounted on the crosshead move synchronously with the crosshead.

‌2. During Testing‌

• Only the Stop and Emergency Stop buttons on the control box may be pressed; other keys may interfere with the test.

• Operators must not leave the testing machine unattended during operation.

‌3. Fixture Handling‌

• Clamp/unclamp directions for tensile fixtures are marked on the hand controller.

• When replacing jaws:

• Align the round pin on the jaw with the guide slot at the rear of the fixture.

• Avoid excessive tightening of the front cover plate to prevent jamming.

• Ensure jaws can be manually moved after replacement.

‌4. Maintenance‌

• Keep equipment and computers clean; remove debris post-test.

• Apply rust-proof oil to rust-prone parts (e.g., fixtures, pins) and lubricate moving components.

• Power off all devices after testing.

‌5. Space Adjustment‌

• When adjusting the test space at high speed without load:

• Monitor the distance between fixtures; reduce speed when spacing is minimal.

• ‌Prohibit movement if fixtures are in contact‌ to avoid sensor damage.

‌6. Fixture & Extensometer Use‌

• Select appropriate fixtures and avoid overload.

• After sample fracture, retract the extensometer fully to prevent damage.

• Push the extensometer to the working position only after securing the specimen.

‌7. General Safety‌

• Follow all manufacturer specifications for safe operation.

启动试验机前，一定要检查限位旋钮的位置，使之处于满足试验行程要求，并不能使上、下夹具相撞。安装在中横梁上的限位开关随中横梁一起移动。 试验过程中，除停止键和急停开关外，不要按控制盒上的其它按键，否则会影响试验。试验过程中，不能远离试验机。 

拉伸附具的夹紧松开的方向已在手控盒上标明。另外，在更换钳口时，注意把钳口上的圆销放入夹具后面的导向槽里，且前面的挡片不能压的太死，避免卡死钳口。更换完毕后，用手应能离动钳口。保持设备和计算机的清洁、卫生，试验后及时清除试块碎屑。对易锈件，如夹具、插销等涂上防锈油，夹具各运动部位涂润滑油。

试验结束后，一定要关闭所有电源。

在空载下以高速移动试台进行试验空间调整时，应注意两夹具的距离，在距离比较小时，移动速度必须放慢，严禁两夹具接触时移动试台，否则易损坏传感器。

正确选择夹具，不得超载使用。试样断裂试验结束后应将引伸计推后方，确保不能损伤引伸计，试样夹持好后再把引伸计推到工作位置夹持试样。
